The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very goof but the price was a little too expensive.

We had a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Bathroom very small.

Good size family room, clean & neat. Friendly staff. Great to watch the street from balcony.

Could invest in some new pillows, and one mattress in our room, but overall good value for money.

Large rooms, balcony, location. Did not eat at the restaurant.

Very low ceilings, tiny bathrooms with handheld shower head with 1 foot of sink and 2 feet of toilet, all in one. Everything gets soaked. Fell on wet tile floor. Checked out after 1 night.

Spacious room. Clean. Pain au chocolat, good coffee. Food looked good. Layout downstairs. Staff were friendly.

The manager could have been a little more friendly, like many french hotel managers in france, sort of "dont really know why a talented bloke like me ended up doing this" attitude...........so now what do you want?

A little bit of France in Asia.

My room was near the top of the stair well, where the external part of the aircon were. When the top of the well window was closed the heat near the top of the well was almost 60°C, rendering the aircons useless. I repot this to the staff but the message did not seem to get thru.. Climb to top of the well myself open the window whicj made things better
